    Get it booked!
    We had the most amazing time! Great tour, delicious wine and even better company. Hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Diogo as your guide, he takes great photos, funny and is very knowledgable. The vineyard was picturesque even on a rainy day, and Jessica kindly gave us a tour and provided background on all the home grown wine. Great for young and more experienced couples alike! Get it booked!!

    Amazing way to spend the day
    Val was a superior guide- he was prompt, friendly, and flexible. Further, because he was born in Maderia, he had in depth knowledge of the island. Oh, and did I mention he took us to two amazing wine tastings?!? We would highly recommend Val and this tour!

    Fun and well organised!
    Diogo was a wonderful host and the whole trip was well organised and a lot of fun. My whole group loved every moment.

    Fantastic tour
    Due to a no show we were the only 2 on the tour.
    Guide Suzanne was friendly, knowledgeable and funny.
    The first winery was Quinta do Barbusano. We were shown the vinyard and some of the unique ways the grapes are grown.
    Then we were given SIX wines to taste.. all of which were lovely.
    The tour includes the price of all six bottles so in theory we could of downed the lot. Obviously we didn't or we'd have been sozzled.
    Next we visited Henriques & Henriques and sampled some of the finest madeira wine.
    To say we were happy with the tour is an understatement.
    It cost 120 euros for the 2 of us..but in our opinion it was worth every cent.

    Excellent tour, look no further
    If you want to explore Madeira at your own pace look no further. We had excellent 3 days exploring Madeira with Richard from Pearl of Atlantic! We booked Wine Tour, Funchal / History Tour and Gardens Tour, as well as Santana and Levedas tour.
    This is the best company to help you to enjoy the history, nature and unique character of the island. Richard is excellent guide – easy going and relaxed, knowledgeable and great sense of humour. He is keen to show you a bit more than a standard tour, taking to interesting places, excellent view points and hidden gems. I have a bit of vertigo, so he made sure we didn’t go to any places where I might feel uncomfortable, choosing the roads and stopping points carefully and thoughtfully. He truly looks after you and makes sure you have the best experience possible. Nothing is too much to ask. Excellent 3 days exploring Madeira with Richard from Pearl of Atlantic! Thoroughly recommended!

    Epic private Jeep tour with unreal views!
    Cannot recommend Up Mountain more highly. Accommodated a very last minute booking (made the night before via WhatsApp for a 9.30am pick up the next day! We had a private tour for half a day and went to some spectacular viewpoints, as well as ‘Churchill Bay’. Our guide was so knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information about Madeira.
