- BurntwoodHanoi, Vietnam199 contributionsWe didn’t spend long wandering the market but stopped at one of the large restaurants for some beers and food. The grilled squid was really good, with various sauces for dipping. The fish with mango was tasty but very small and overpriced. In fact, everything was overpriced so I only recommend it for the experience - and the market’s one of the only places with any life at the moment! You can go and pick your fresh shellfish from the buckets and tanks, but we didn’t do that (and don’t like lobster enough to pay 1m VND) - give it a go if you’re adventurous and money no object though!Written 2 April 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- XoàiHanoi, Vietnam1 contributionThe Rach Vem beach is filled with starfishes and various types of living creatures, such as seaweeds, fishes, sea urchins and lots more! The pure water helps you to see them clearly! In addition, the restaurants will make you impressed with the fresh and tasty seafood and of course, it's not too expensive! It's so beautiful and fun to play with the starfishes and other fishes too!Written 14 April 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Erica5 contributionsThe place could be better. With better design, concealment of pipes and better aesthetics. We really are a fan. We hope to see the pristine conditions return for more tourism here.Written 2 June 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- PaulSiowPetaling Jaya, Malaysia2,731 contributionsWe passed this temple every morning when we went to the morning market at Duong Dong riverside. From the outside, we could see all the colourful and intricate carvings. The Cao Dai religion is unique to Vietnam and looks like a fusion of the various main religions.Written 1 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- DavidSingapore, Singapore2 contributionsWe came to waterfall in the dry season. So its not really nice with its beauty. But we still feel good since we can hikking arround 1.5 km way.Written 21 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- OasisBarHaTienHa Tien, Vietnam1,017 contributionsWe went and came back to Phu Quoc from Ha Tien on the Phu Quoc Express. We travelled mid week, and the boat was almost empty.maybe 40 passengers ona 300 seat boat. The staff told us to sit wherever we wished , even though we had numbered seats.very calm crossing, this boat is probably a bit more stable than the other services(except car ferries) because of the wide bodied catamaran style design. Bottled water and wet tissue provided 230.000 VND per person (discount for children under 11)Will definitely use next time we go to Phu QuocWritten 23 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Travis S140 contributionsThis is a pretty cool museum with lots of little different artefacts from the history of the island. There are some signs talking about the history but they're limited.
A lot of the display cases need a really good clean. They're quite dusty to the point you can barely see inside them.
Nice way to spend 45 minutes or so, and good value for 20,000 dong.
It's next door to a pearl/ jewellery shop. Anyone complaining it's just a shop was too lazy to walk another ten metres to see what was in the adjacent (and connected) building.
Great views from the rooftop as well!Written 1 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - FyreFaeryTomar, Portugal105 contributionsA gorgeous little temple, not so touristic, so not crowded. The locals come to worship here so it's important to take off your shoes before walking inside, and remember not to turn your back to the deities (leave walking backwards). Nice dragons outside the temple and phoenix and turtle animals are moulded on the entranceway.
The surrounding area is great also with food stalls, a more temple on a rocky outcrop and a walkway into the sea.Written 31 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - lola3 contributionsWe visited many pogoda and temple in VietNam.And Su muon was nice with local style. It offerd us the peaceful space.Written 9 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- PaulSiowPetaling Jaya, Malaysia2,731 contributionsWhen we visited Dinh Cau Rock, we saw quite a few locals playing in the waters on Dinh Cau beach. Many hawkers were peddling their wares and food along this beach. Quite a lively area.Written 1 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- pleurinkGisikon, Switzerland8 contributionsWonderfull place to take a small hike. At the weekend, the locals go there and play karaoke, loudly!
And nobody seems to take care of cleaning up, so much carbidge!
Go as far as you can, following the stream upwards, it will become nice and quiet.Written 23 December 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Vu DHanoi, Vietnam1 contributionAmazing tour! We totally enjoyed the tour ,good services. The best unforgetable things was visit the floating market with colourful fruits in Cai Rang, it was wonderful experiences with me.However guide looks like quite tired,he still introduced us each places very clearly and detail.Highly recommended!Written 4 December 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- PaulSiowPetaling Jaya, Malaysia2,731 contributionsThis is a traditional morning market. We came here every morning to buy our fruits like pineapples, mangoes, sour sop etc. You find plenty of fresh seafood, many alive and all kinds of shell fish, crabs etc. Meat is also plentiful and there are nearby eateries. Very crowded place next to the river and locals move slowly on their motorbikes. Noisy place with plenty of locals, but interesting.Written 1 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
