- Jason DLeeds, UK142 contributionsGood little trip. Guide was helpful and knowledgeable. Taroudant souk is ok. Stopped at a store to buy some nuts and figs but no real free time to go explore on our own, which is a shame. Ended with a stop at the argon sales shop for what seems to be the expected sales pitch with many of these city trips. Much like they did with time shares back in the day, but we did all this before, so we just stayed outside and had a drink. The meal was nice in a great venue with spectacular views of the valley and oasis. Tiout oasis isn't much to write home about. Just farm land at the end of the day which is exactly what they are going to do with it but you will be expecting more. All about the tips for the guide or paying for donkey rides, which they were a bit pushy about. - Colin SArbroath, UK57 contributionsWere picked up from our Agadir hotel on time. First stop was the goats up the Argan Tree. We were then taken to Taroudant and given a tour of the souk, which was great and informative.
We then drove to Tiout Oasis were we enjoyed lunch, chicken tagine with couscous, followed by fresh oranges. After lunch a local guide gave us a tour of the oasis.

- Ann W6 contributionsI don't normally write reviews but this is an exception. Adi's tour of Taroudant was excellent. He was apologetic about his English but it was more than adequate. His well paced tour was relaxed and informative and his friendly manner was just right. His knowledge of history, culture and geography was very good, and he also helped us negotiate shopping, avoiding any hassle. We stop off at 4 places which included lunch with was a traditional lunch with we all enjoyed are selfs. - John S1 contributionGoing on this private trip was well worth the extra as our guide Adi went at our pace and gave us really good introduction into Morocco it history and it people. - John HTaunton, UK4 contributionsHassan and the other driver guide did a fantastic job for the Taroudant part of the tour. The restaurant we visited in Tioute was also good. The palmerie walk below the Kasbah was interesting but the guide for this part of the trip was atrocious and more interested in playing touchie/feelie with female members of his group. He also tried to extort extra money for supposedly extensions to the trip and actually going up to the kasbah, We also had Hassan for another overnight trip and he was magnificent. - Albert D4 contributionsMy experience has been very good, and I thank the guide who was so interesting, he tried to explain everything to us. We saw beautiful castles, palm grove, oasis and much more. Very good food in traditional restaurant and you have an optional donkey ride. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Thomas ERoyal Tunbridge Wells, UK30 contributionsThis is a 10/10 amazing trip, it was by far the highlight of our entire stay in Morocco. Ibrahim is a very good guide, and he showed us Morocco from an entirely different perspective. We had many stops for tea, lunch etc in little restaurants and places with beautiful scenery. Ibrahim went above and beyond for us and even took us to the Yussuf Bin Tachfine dam, which was very beautiful.
We were picked up at 7:30 AM, and I recommend to choose this time, as the trip will last the entire day (we arrived back at our hotel when it was dark, around 8/9PM). We saw the beautiful painted rocks, got to explore the town of Tafroute (which was a very beautiful, quiet and peaceful town) and even stopped at a roadside Tajine shop ran by a friendly Berber man who sold us two huge bags of tea, a Tajine (with accessories) and some spices for only 66DH (£5.22, 6 Euro for all these items). We drove for a long time on small roads on the sides of mountains, and saw a lot of beautiful scenery, and even a cool abandoned village (picture attached).
Overall, this was an amazing trip and I would recommend it to everyone, Ibrahim is an amazing guide,
