What travellers are saying
- LynndaDysart, UKI visited here from the town of Taroudant not knowing much about Claudio Bravo at all. I didn't stay, but only did the Tour. It exceeded my expectations in every way; the property itself is beautiful. The artifacts Bravo collected are vast and diverse; his art work defied my expectations; the views and the grounds are spectacular. However what made this so special for me is the wonderful guide. Not only did Ibrahim speak so knowledgeably about the property and it's owner, but also with such warmth and kindness about him. I grew to know Bravo as a person and not just an artist. At times I was very moved, not just by the beauty but also hearing about him.Written 2 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Highly recommend a visit, it would be hard to find jewellery like this anywhere else in the world.

An abundance of fruit and vegetables, household products, clothing and fabric in bundles, tools and livestock amongst other items for sale. Be prepared to be the only tourist there although peak season not so much I guess. A short taxi hop to get there or a ten minute walk from the ramparts of the main town. There are roadside sellers as you approach the market. All very interesting and a taste of the genuine Morocco.Written 27 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sussexrowmarkRye, UKOne of the few places in the Taroudant kasbah where you will find souvenirs to take home. The young owner, the grandson of the founder, has good English and seems to offer fixed prices. The shop is not easy to find - it may be worth taking a taxi.Written 6 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jean-Claude AMontreal, CanadaIt is one of those agadirs (storage fortress) that is worth the side trip. The overall condition is excellent. The walk up the hill is pleasant. The guardian is not very charming but it does not matter. The view from the to of the agadir is worth a few pictures..Written 14 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. He lectured us in detail about the Amazigh history, culture, language, alphabet development and of course calligraphy. His work is exceptional by any standard - a true and unique artist. Do visit his atelier in TALIOUINE.Written 29 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Today we went for a great walk with Elodie and her horses. We are not at all experienced riders, But she can handle any level. Our youngest of 7 years old was riding with Elodie on the same horse: she loved it.
The surroundings are beautiful and Elodie takes great care of the horses and many other animals. She takes in wounded horses and even donkeys, but also cats and dogs. She also has a foundations and many more plans for animal welfare in the region! In other words: book an afternoon with at the ‘ferme equestre de la Roseraie. You will not regret.Written 30 December 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is quite a labor-intensive process but they have it down to an assembly-line science and it is a way to empower women in this part of Morocco. The area east of Agadir is Argan country and also the best place you will be able to find Goats in Trees. The goats climb the trees to eat the leaves of the argan trees.Written 9 December 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
