- Vikram BDubai, United Arab Emirates26 contributionsWe had an excellent tour of Mukteshwar, Kainchi Dham and Nainital with Dayal Goswami between 19 and 22 December 2024.
Dayal is an excellent person who knows all the tourist spots around Nainital and beyond. He is always available at the hotel before time and makes sure that the trips are planned to perfection.
On the 1st day he took us to Kainchidham, 2nd day to Mukteshwar and final day we did some local tours around Nainital. He then dropped us at Pantnagar airport on the last day to take our flight to New Delhi.
If you visit Nainital, I would highly recommend getting in touch with Dayal Goswami at +91 97581 27038 for all your touring needsWritten 23 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sidharth bNew Delhi, India2 contributionsMukteshwar dham is the taposthali of Gorakhnath and many saints who still reside their in subtle bodies. In present age Shri Mukteshwar who was a saint of high calibre whom many considered as an incarnation of Vishnu and who came from a royal family of Bengal came here before independence and meditated in harsh conditions to revive sanctity and power of this place. Shri Sanshuddhanand Puri maharaj who himself is a master of highest pedigree and Shri MUkteshwar jees eternal companion, joined him at a physical level later . He himself did hard penance in snow and amongst wild animals when most of the temple complex wasn't developed yet.He is still in his physical form in Ram Mandir kutiya which is just below the main shivalinga.
It is a great place to come alone and meditate. Those who are receptive will.perceive huge surges of energy and easily go into dhyaan. One can choose the backside around Shri Mukteshwar jees samadhi to sit and meditate without disturbance.Written 18 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There is a pond also in front of the waterfalls where one can take a dip (not sure if it is legal or healthy). Reaching the place requires walking a short distance on an unstable path, so not recommended for old people.Written 4 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. IB is located at a very strategic place. Looked neat but lot of construction work was going on because of non=peak season.
Corbett cottage was neat though the original look has been covered by new plaster.
View of the range is fantastic. Pandit ji Mahavirji jain is a disciples of acharya shri Gurukul in Jabalpur, we had every day abhishek shantidhara poojan in his exceptional well performed kriya with mantra and shuddhi. Ajay jain ji is the key person here who is taking care of temple and resort. Families who are religious and wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of cities can stay here with their families for two three days , there’s no malls or Mall Road or shopping etc just chill in tranquility with dev Darshan. It’s a hill station with jain temple.Written 16 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
