- LoosePebblesThane, India1,171 contributionsWe started our walk from Dharamkot main square for Gallu Devi temple and we simply loved it. Took us 1hr to reach the top and after that we visited the Indra nag temple. View from there was mesmerizing. One cannot miss it. You can take a local taxi for rs500 till Gallu Devi temple as well. For triund, you can start from Dharamkot by walk or else reach Gallu Devi by taxi and then hike. - Santosh RPune50 contributionsThis location is little futher to the dry Dal lake and should be expored in the evening for sunset views. On one side you can get views of the dhauladhar ranges which you can enjoy till sunset. The sunset can be seen from the other side but is generally blocked by houses and restaurants which require you to order something in order to sit and view the sunset from there balconies.Written 28 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

All of the teachers at the school were wonderful and very helpful. Santosh the head teacher was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and also very fun!! The yogic food was delicious although my stomach took some time to adjust! I would recommend anyone to come to this school! It is a great community and the location is perfect for your days off to go exploring!Written 28 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Tiger Knight61 contributionsMy 10 year old son and I began the Kora walk at 7:30am from our hotel the Chonor House and at the residence of HH Dalai Lama. The trail is beginner with steep incline toward the end. It is paved and winds around with lush forest views on one side and temple and his holiness view on the other. Begin your journey at the home of His Holiness, the Dalai Lama, in McLeod Ganj, Dharamshala. The Kora walk is an easy trail that takes you through forested areas and past temples, giving you beautiful views all around. With a moderate incline near the end, this is a perfect hike for beginners and experienced hikers alike.Written 26 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
