Enjoyed the walk and the scenery, plants and so on.

Info boards have notes about plants, birds and an ancient settlement.

I expect it would be different and perhaps nicer in spring with more plants flowering, but it was good to see so many different ones nonetheless.

There are shady spots near the start of the walk in rocky areas, and again under some pines.

I'd like to know more about the history of agriculture and land management there - the amazing walls and the remnant terraces, for example. A map showing the ancient settlement would be interesting too!

Really nice walk, amazing sea view, starts around Ca’n Pescador and ends at the Illador Hotel. At night watch out, loads mosquitoes!

Love this pretty place, it's so peaceful and relaxing.
For any age group this is a good resting place, lots of wonderful restaurant's.
Walk along the sea front and sea a grand selection of boats. Little beaches so never over crowded.

Take it easy on the drive up as you'll be sharing the road with lots of cyclists (unless you're on a bike yourself, in which case, well done). The views are worth the journey and it is peaceful at the top despite the crowds at the car park. However watch out for pickpockets (there are no signs warning about them) people were warning each other but that didn't seem to deter them.

We twice did the walk to Cala Murta as the route down has plenty of shade so it's great on a hot day. We also enjoyed meeting the wild donkeys and the mountain goats on route. It's worth noting the donkeys are likely to turn up if you try to use the picnic tables. The beach was stony and had a small number of people on it so there was plenty of space to distance. The swimming was very pleasant and whilst I didn't do it at this beach I imagine snorkeling would be good.

During the day this can be a quiet little plaza with not much happening. On market day and on a warm summer evening it can be lively and crowded. Definitely worth a visit at one of its busier times to enjoy the thriving life of this little town.

Try going when very helpful staff there to help with what you might see. (Not sure which days, sorry) Lots of free maps of other birding places to visit .
I enjoyed the paths away from the road with parked up cars (less dog evidence)
I heard nightingale in the pines at top end of park. Saw kite, little egret, grey herons

The entrance is down the side street, just after the bridge on left.
    Found quite few wild flowers

We made nice visits to the reserve though signposting is poor. We managed to get round most of the trails and hides. Great viewing of lagoons, lots of birds though summer maybe not the best time. Butterflies and dragonflies and so many different plants. Surprisingly peaceful, very enjoyable.
    .
Worth looking carefully at the map before setting off and perhaps using two evenings to visit different parts of the site.

Cala Boquer is a wonderful little beach located at the end of the Boquer Valley, a natural lanscape near Port de Pollença, in Mallorca Island. I and my 6 years daughter did a hike from the town to this point and really it was very nice. It is a pebble beach, from where you can see wonderful views of the coast and the sea. Really an excellent place to finish an excursion. And a very nice place to do a ique-nique with your family or friends. In fact, my daughter enjoyed a lot here: we played, relax, take photos and eat something. Perfect day.

Excellent friendly service and top quality bikes that were really well serviced. Will definitely be using Mallorcabike hire next time we're out here.

I hired from UBH - great price and excellent service, Jason delivered direct to our accommodation where he fitted my power meter which Id brought with me, along with my own pedals.
Jason was relaxed about collecting the bike on our final day so that we didn't rush our ride.. we just called him once we were back at our hotel and arranged a time to meet.

Parroquia de la Mare de Dèu del Carme is the main church of Port de Pollença and it is located in Miquel Capllonch Square. It is a modern church, which was finished in 20th Century in a Neoghotic-style. It has a porticoed entrance, not usual in churches. Nice.
