One of the famous Balinese temples located close to Denpasar. Covered as a part of a day tour to North Bali. The temple is nestled between wonderful greenery. At the back of the garden are wonderful pristine gardens where you can spend some moments in solitude.

Visitors can see pryers and rituals inside the temple from the peripheral wall. Only locals clad in traditional attires and offerings for the god are allowed inside the temple.

A less touristy but more peaceful of the famous Balinese temples

Ogoh-Ogoh is a wonderful little museum, a store-house really, of beautiful and fantastical creatures. The entry price is low and the staff enjoy talking about the characters represented as well as the parade. Good for kids and adults but it is 30 minutes at most. If you are nearby for the temple do stop in at the museum.

It was money well spent. Great introduction to the balinese living and culture. Guides are friendly and he shared with us many things such as how the padi fields are managed as well as how they make local dishes like satay. Overall a great experience that must not be missed.

We visited this beach and had a photo session here.. it was very quiet. May be we went there after the rain. We had a great time. The sanda were black and they were clean and soft. The waves were quite big but overall it was a nice experience

Having visited the more popular Tanah Lot temple we were surprised at how quiet this location is.
We were staying at Bali Natha Beachfront Private Bungalows some 200 metres away. We were the only ones fortunate enough to visit at low tide with the exception of local fishermen. Less Comercial than Tanah Lot. Same access restrictions to the “sacred area” no charge.
It was a smaller version than its counterpart without the crowds.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to seek out this place however the Bird Park opposite is highly recommended! If you do the Bird Park I think it's worth walking over to this reptile park afterward. My partner and I rather enjoyed it especially having the opportunity to hold an Iguana and a Tortoise! Good variety of reptiles here though mainly snakes overall, but a good range.

This park is a bit run down compared to the pristine Bird Park. It's a small park but the entry fee is super cheap.

Great way to finish the day after seeing the Bird Park!

The area is located on the lip of Penet River valley, the distance is only 1 km to the north Sangeh. Wuk land is a place that can be used to enjoy himself for a moment.

Well worth visit. Visit the temple next door . To save time and money stay in Ubud and see the even better sites there first.

We were walking down Kuta and booked a fast boat service thru the local stores. They offered us pick up from our hotel in the morning in a mini bus along with a few others . Once we reached , we were tagged and asked to wait for our boarding to be announced . The boat accommodates appx 80 - 100 and they take about 1hr 30 min to go to gilli travangan . Make sure to carry some snacks and open your shoes while deboarding

Excellent experience with them last month. We used two of their mid sized busses to transport guests for our wedding & they were a delight to deal with. Communicating online prior to arrival was easy with all confirmations done via email. On the day they were prompt, timely & safe. Would recommend them for your bus needs in Bali.

Did a solo ride with Dudok from Bali Dirt Bike Adventures. The bike KLX150 and equipment were in good condition. I Had a fantastic time with Dudok leading the way over various terrain. Although an experienced road motorcyclist , I had not ridden offroad in about 35 years and I had a blast. Dudok took some photos of me along the way and later sent them to me. I had a very nice provided lunch at a local Warung during the ride. Highly recommend these guys for some Bali fun.

I am so glad we got Sembah's contact and used his service for two days, from Ubud to Legian, and then many locations around Kuta and Seminyak. He showed us around Bali for two days and we learnt a lot about all the places from him. Both days started exactly on the predetermined time, with a friendly message from Sembah. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, making our journeys between the locations fun with interesting conversations. I would definitely recommend Sembah to any friends that visit Bali in the future. Thank you!

We stayed as two families in a Seminyak Villa for just over a week. Hiring bikes to get around was one of the smartest things we did and could not have been better than the experience we had with Widi at Bali Bike Hire. Widi provides prompt and accurate communications and the quality of the bikes and equipment are all excellent. Drop off and pickup of bikes at the Villa was seamless. If you’re thinking of hiring bikes, do it and get them here!
