Good for both children and adults. A must see in the area. They also host activities at after closing hours. We went twice in a day, first to see the museum and in the evening to attend a nice show for children. Do not miss.

A nice surprise, visiting a very well organized open air museum. Within 30-40 min the visitor gets a good understanding of how the water power has been used and helped old villagers. Excellent videos, easy access, big parking plot, well organized and maintained.

Located at walking distance from Dimitsana it is a short trip to the past. You can see how the power of running water was used in the 19th century in the production of essential products.

An interesting presentation of pre-industrial era techniques using waterpower - flour mill, tannery, gunpowder mill. The museum is built on original buildings which were used for the purpose .
