Well maintained. Cleanliness may be improved in the dam area specially near the light house. Walking path can be improved. Guidance is very good. Transportation is available to the top. Fare is reasonable. Sight seeing - worth visiting, Music fountain is not working because of lack of water in the dam.

Gives a good view of the dam. Garden is nice but nothing great. Accessibility for senior citizens is a problem. You have to walk a lot

This place is also much beautiful which is near to vijayshree resort. The distance between the vijayshree resort and dam is maximum 12.8 km and i must say you also like this place you had to go there once and see what becomes it most Amazing.

We had reached Hospet by 3 pm and had some time in the evening. It was wonderful to see Tungabhadra dam which I had read about long time back in my school days. Two tributaries... More

It is a beautiful looking dam. You will need to park your car at their parking and take a bus ride provided by the authorities to see the dam. Bus ride rather a van costs 20 per person.

Its a nice place with a beautiful garden. It looks so beautiful in the evening with colorful fountains. There was a fountain show also where you can enjoy dancing water with some good Kannada and Hindi songs. Specially children will enjoy a lot. There is a small aquarium also, however, with very few variety of aquatic animals. The dam too... More

It was good, however musical fountain was below average. The other dam view is great, would be good to visit early morning.
