Even my teenage daughter enjoyed a wonderful time at this exceptionally well presented museum. Extensive historic information and elaborate exhibitions really bring history to life - even if you are not that much into history. A separate shed houses many wagons and carts. Don't miss...More

We visited the Darling Museum during an open day, and it was an interesting experience. My partner and I visited once before, but with the open day they had artisans and crafters of various kinds showing off their trades and techniques. It was enjoyable watching...More

Very reasonably priced, with some quaint pieces gathered in "rooms". There is a lot of duplication with 3 almost identical butter churns placed side by side. Well written descriptions help to bring the museum to life. Great for a rainy day in Darling!

What a little treasure. A very informative little museum full of interesting history and artifacts. Well worth an hour or two to learn about the locality. Lovely friendly staff.

This is the BEST museum I have ever seen. The lady on duty (8 January 2018) was a gem. She treated us like royalty.

You do not need to look at pictures. This museum has the real items from the past. Well maintained it provides a most interesting look at Darling back in the old days. What I expected to be a 10 minute visit ended up one hour.

If you love antiques of all kinds, rooms filled with them, then you can spend hours browsing this museum. For a small entrance fee you will see rooms filled with the paraphernalia of daily life in circa 1910. We spent a good 2 hours here...More

A very well preserved collection of items from the by gone days which did bring back some good old memories. A great way to inform current generation on the lifestyle;e of either their parents or grand parents. Time well spent.
