So far saw three Russian vodka museums - one in Moscow, another in St. Peterburg and then this one in Uglich. I have to say I was quite disappointed in this one as well, but at least the entrance tickets weren't that outrageously expensive as those in Piter and included vodka tasting. There's basically one exhibition room with some basic explanation given by the guide. The vodkas represented are of large variety, but many of Russian subjects of federation remained without vodka representing them. The museum has a potential, but everything's too stacked together and you'll be finished within 15 minutes. If you find yourself in Uglich though, go. It's just not worth taking a trip from Moscow there :)

We came to this museum because 20 years ago we were there and we had a warm experience. As it turned out it was the same museum, but in a different place.
Quite a nice museum. The guide led interestingly, made interesting remarks, and did not squirm, but you can not call it rude. Treated with cranberry pour at the end of the tour at 15ml per guest.
Turns out you can bring vodka from other regions to this museum.
Cost of visit:
adults 220₽,children under 12 years 50₽,photograph in the museum 100₽,tour 490₽.
I recommend it.

It's funny. Everything would be fine, but the guide... The girl was extremely unfriendly. She just didn’t attack the clients with her fists and didn’t bite them. The mood is completely ruined. You can not do it this way.

On April 13, 2024, after walking around the Uglich Kremlin, I went with my wife to this museum. A ticket costs 220 rubles and includes 15 g of Yaroslavl vodka or Slivyanka liqueur. I walked around the 3 large rooms with exhibits with interest. Most of all I stood at the window of Chinese vodka with snakes, scorpions, beetles, lizards and bats (see photo). The bottles contain yellow liquid. How can you drink this? My wife gave me her portion, but 15 grams is just to anoint my lips. From here we immediately went to the Gosti restaurant, which is nearby.
