We were on holiday and found this gem of estate, lovely walks, really nice tea room with home made cakes. For £2.50 car park charge you could stay all day. Dogs have to stay on wander leads but the walks are really great. The craft...More

Plenty of acres to wander round. Nice cafe. Various crafts represented. Footpaths could be a little better signposted.

This wee estate is lovely. Beautiful lake with benches to enjoy a picnic or just relax and watch the swans and ducks. Nice wee tea room for a snack or lunch followed by a lovely walk around the lake

A beautiful estate just outside Coldstream accessed by a long drive. Plenty of parking. Lots different walks. Great cafe with a tasty afternoon tea and pleasant staff. Different crafter's on site.
