We arrived here after our earlier cruise to visit the Geirangerfjord (please refer to my earlier review of the place). It was already closed to 5pm but the sky was still very bright. Most visitors come here with an objective which is to see and...More

Visiting the Nigardsbreen glacier could be tiring, especially if you take an ice hike. The JN Center is the perfect place to end the day. The food is good, the view from the balcony superb, the staff friendly.

Don't miss the glacier. It's about a 45 minute walk (or ride the little trams) up to the lake at the foot of the glacier. Stunning!
