Derek Acorah, most well know psychic medium in UK certainly knows how to read an audience and deliver to their expectations. Whether you are a cynic or not it is almost impossible to know whether or not these mediums are for real or just playing out a rather special gift they have that enables them to lead and direct people... The Elgiva is a great little theatre hosting pre-tour shows and smaller touring companies. There is a 'bit of something for everyone' so I don't always like what's on but it's a really affordable way of taking your children to see live drama and ballet.

The Elgiva is a great venue for shows, and they also sometimes show films. The staff are friendly and they have a good choice of events. I would encourage you to check out their website to see what is on. It is so much cheaper than going in to London for a show, and you can see properly from the... More

Lovely theatre quite intimate really. This theatre has a wide variety of acts , theatre, films etc . Also very good cafe and bar. We saw Josh Widdicombe . Exellent and very funny . The support comedian was also very good. We had a great evening at the Elgiva Theatre.

Generally pop in here once a month for a very good breakfast. Nicely cooked to order with tea and toast included. Never crowded though often frequented by young mums with babes and well behaved toddlers.

Our Grandson was in a play on 17th July at The Elgiva Theatre. It was our first visit to this venue the bar was open were we had a drink being a very hot evening, it would be a good idea to take water into the theatre as it was even hotter inside. A small theatre but a good view... More

Went to watch the Rock Choir perform for charity. The choir is a sort of club for amateur singers who pay a small fee to be part of the choir. They rehearse in their own time and perform at a range of venues for fun and charity. They performed at Wembley Stadium during the Rugby Semi Finals. The venue is... More

This is a lovely venue which has a cafe as well. This play was so funny but you must stay till the end as it gets funnier. I first saw this show in London in the 80s with top stars and can honestly say the cast were brilliant at this latest show we saw. Well done for great entertainment. Who... More
