This was our second time here. First time we camped and this time we were in a cabin. We love this spot, there are heaps of animals about. We saw king Parrots, possums, kookaburras, kangaroos all in 2 days. The beach is Devine and heaps to...More
Booked in to camp last night. Campground was so overcrowded we drove out. There is only one amenity block to cater for everyone, the tent sites were on steep slopes and on dirt ( a nightmare if it rained). Most unappealing.
I doubted very long to go here because this was the most northern point of our trip. Skipping it would save us time, but I am really glad we went there. The campsite is basic and clean (warm showers), but the surroundings are amazing. We...More

I visited Depot Beach Camping in January 2016. I loved this place. So peaceful. The beach is just minutes away. I stayed for one night but I wish I could stay longer. Watch out for the blue bottle jellyfish in the water in the summer...More
Majestic coastal eucalyptus forest with many short walks and secret beaches. Lots of kangaroos and wallabies, and if patient and lucky you can find koalas in the trees. Good surfing if that's your thing.
