seal pass is situated at 13000ft enrote tawang from bomdila. amazing place with nice lake. army runs a cafe, for civilians too. it generally rains there and u have to be lucky to get clear weather. it has history associated with 1962 indo-sino war

As already mentioned above, no permit is required for Meghalaya. Innerline permit is required to enter Arunachal Pradesh, which you can apply online. If you're planning to visit places like Nathula & Tsomgo lake in Sikkim... More
