This is the longest bridge I have ever come across. It was completed in 1987 and is 3.105 meters long across the mighty Brahmaputra and connects Koliabor and Tezpur. It is the lifelife of many cities and villages in Upper Assam and Arunanchal Pradesh. Watching the sun set over the mighty Brahmaputra from the bridge will always be unforgettable..

This is the entry point for Tezpur... The bridge's length is around 3 km.... One has to bear entry fee to access this bridge.... It was opened to public in the year 1987....

A good 3 kilometer drive. Just open all windows of the car and enjoy the breeze and the view of the river. The view is awesome. After crossing the bridge just stop for a while to admire the natural beauty.

It is a wonderful experience to drive on this 3 km bridge, especially during Sunset, over the mighty River Brahmaputra. I have done this multiple time and would do it again and again.

The bridge builds the gap between Tezpur and Nagaon. So when travelling to Tezpur, we got to pass through this. The bridge is very nicely built with a modern architecture design. The small seven sisters park in the end of the park is also a place to visit. It's kinda small hillock.

Go there for the boat ride which you can negotiate for as less as 100 bucks if you are lucky with the right skills. It's quiet and offers a stunning view, especially during winter evenings. Avoid during picnic season.
