We went on the sunrise (6:30 AM) Whale Watch from Maalaea. I encourage everyone who visits Maui during humpback whale season to do this sunrise whale watch. The Pacific Whale Foundaton boats fit about 160 people, but the group that goes at 6:30 AM sail...More

This Company undermines itself with the lengthy boarding delay requiring you to line up for photos. On board sound system was terrible, neither safety instructions or staff commentary could be heard, but we did see lots of whales!

The tour group knew exactly where to go and we saw whales almost non-stop that my kids (under 10) almost started getting board with it. They were very knowledgeable and answered numerous questions. On the way back to port, they pulled the kids aside and...More

I went on the whale watching tour and it was fabulous! We saw a humpback breach, 6 other whale sittings and a few pods of spinner dolphins. The crew was amazing and very knowledgable, and the Mai Tais didn't disappoint! :) We snapped a ton...More

Great whale watching with marine biologists on board. They also have a microphone that they put in the water and you can hear whale sounds. They also have a policy that you can go again if you didnt spot whales.

Aloha, the sunscreen we provide on our boats is from a brand called Hawaiian Sol. It's biodegradable and reef-safe, mahalo!
