About
This was once the summer retreat of Tipu Sultan. It’s a good place for hiking and birding. The hill also has temples dating back to the Chola period. It gets extremely crowded on weekends. The hills offer great views of the surroundings, though.
Suggested duration: More than 3 hours

Yes there is dedicated parking area for buses n then you have to walk a bit uphill.... as two wheelers are allowed beyond the bus parking so they have to walk less but yes you can go there by bus....

I think the bus can go till the parking and then you will have to walk up the hill to the top. The bus won't fit through the gate, too narrow and small.

I went there on a Monday afternoon to stay until sunset and it was super safe. We left while it was raining but had no issues with the road conditions.
