Sunday Mass

I was lucky enough to visit Gyumri, and the Seven Wounds Church on a Sunday morning, during Sunday Mass. I thought the church itself was not particularly special, but the ceremonies, liturgy and choir were wonderful. I stayed the whole length of the service !

Worth a quick look when you are there

After a week in Armenia I’ve seen a lot of churches. This one is unique in that it is more colorful than other churches. It is worth a peek in as you are in the central part of town, not much more than that is needed

It’s unique and located in the main square of Gyumri

Gyumri is city of churches, and this one is iconic!! Its old one but got rebuilt after huge earthquake in 1989. Its unique and so georgeous!
