I have been there with my university friends. There are so nice scenes which we enjoyed there. It is a good place for picnic with family and friends.

On your way from Siahkal to Deylaman (both great attractions of Gilan province), you can stop at this waterfall for a short stroll and a cup of local tea and pastry (there's a cafe). The scenery is beautiful, specially when it's a little foggy.
