It was quite busy even in the morning. Hike uphill is quite exhausting, but the path is good - I wouldn't recommend going with a stroller for your child - it's really steep. If you want to see more water, I would suggest going in...More

We did the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse first and arrived at Krimmler Wasserfalle around 4:30pm. It was later than we would have liked as we had to drive to Innsbruck afterwards. The benefit of arriving later in the day was that the parking lots were emptying out,...More

Try to park in Parking Lot 2. I think it is the closest to the entrance to the falls. Parking fee is 5 euros. There is a rest room as you start up the trail from Parking Lot 2. The hike up to the top...More

It took us nearly 2 hours to get to the top on a winding and in places steep footpath. There are some cafes and a shop at the top but in our opinion the view from the bottom of the falls is better than the...More

an excellent water full that is a must to vistit but if you are with kids or old people try not to go as it requires lots of walking to reach the first level of full after 25 to 30 minutes.

Although we arrived late the falls were in fall flow and despite the wet weather they were worth the soggy walk. You have to pay to see them but you could spend hours exploring. Definitely worth a visit and mountain pass is something else.

What a spectacular sight. Climbed up to the 1150m Regen Kanzel. The views were fantastic. Lots of tourist outlets and food.
