If you like to visit churches and cathedrals this church is well worth viewing. As with the other French colonial buildings in Savannakhet, this church is a time capsule of a by gone time.

Whilst being modest in size and not too imposing, the front of the church makes an impression when approached from the river through the old market square. Even for the non-practicing or non-religious, it is a place of peace in which to pause for reflection.

This church is very convenient because it's at centre of Savan city. Surrounded by amazingly pretty flower garden!!!!

Was here two days ago, refreshing to pray in my home, this is a really nice church, the grounds are lovingly maintained and clean. The doors were always open.

This is well worth stopping and absorb the tranquility. The grounds are open and neatly cared for. It is next to a local school so you can hear the children singing together which adds to the atmosphere.

Something to see for a few minutes and get a photo down the outdoor park. Very basic and pretty much what you would expect from an old colonial church in Laos. I would say this is the anchor of the old colonial buildings and heritage...More

Beautiful! The night market/food area in front of the building was pleasant - a good local variety and great sunset photos are possible.
