Visited on a very blustery and rainy winters day. Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a laminate to guide us through the caves, or a guide book could be purchased at a very reasonable £2 extra. To go down into the caverns there...More

The caves are well worth a visit and were dressed for Christmas. Clear information and map provided. The video at the end was really interesting and informative. The cafe has delicious food and we spent a cosy afternoon by the fire.

Great home-cooked meals in the cafe at a really reasonable price. We had home-made meat and potato pie, home-made fish pie and home-made fish fingers and all were very tasty. Also a very friendly welcome from the staff. They had a good selection of cakes...More

Had afternoon tea... nice seats (arm chairs), friendly staff, good tea and food. Fish finger sandwiches were excellent. A great place for a snack, which always delivers.

Sitting right on top of the Moors between Grassington and Pateley Bridge, these caverns are worth a visit. Make sure you wear the hard hats provided, you will need them!! Some great stalagmites and stalactites. Also has a very ice tearoom.

We called in pre walk for a start to the day - Caveman breakfast consumed by partner definitely did the trick! The service was great, so friendly and efficient....we had dogs too which are very welcome. This is not a high end swanky place, so...More

A fascinating trip with our two teenage children in (and up, down and around) a natural wonder. If there's a choice of the "lights on" or "lights off" tour, then go for the tour when the cave lights are turned off. Torches are provided so...More

Hi sorry for the delay! I would say not really as you go down a flight of steps to get to the cave and the floor is uneven you have to bend a lot so you don’t bang your head ( you are provided with hard hats) hope that helps. More

No, you can turn up anytime between 10am and 5pm and buy tickets when you arrive. The tour of the cave is self guided so there's no specific time you need to come for. We hope to see you soon!
