I spent three weeks on the mountain in July 2017. If you come for trekking, you're in luck; there are mountains and valleys all around, some with trails & some very much off the beaten track. You'll find yurts, herders with their animals, some wildlife,...More

One of the best mountain hikes in Pamyr. We did TianShan range to Pamyr 8 days hike, about 100 km in total, 6-11 hours hiking per day. Crossed 3 high passes (on 4200 -4300m above sea level) and finished at Lenin peak ABC. Great views...More

Trekking in the area of Lenin Peak is really nice even for amateur hikers ;) We just went to the Traveller's pass and the views were already great. Although we bought the permit in Osh, nobody checked it, but maybe we were just lucky... When...More

We stayed in Sary Mogol, hard to believe, there are about 6000 people living. The village is simple and dusty, between the village and the mountains there's a big dusty plain. You have to take a taxi through the plain to the CBT Yurt camp,...More

Yes, contact CBT (Community Based Tourism, Kyrgyzstan). I'm sure they will be able to arrange a trek for you. Bear in mind that the best time for trekking in that area is in the sping/summer, maybe autumn as well.
