Very well presented museum about the early settlers and Sami culture. The movie about Arjeplog was also good although it could be longer and developed the stories a bit more. Many artifacts and a lot of info. One bad point is the lack of translation...More

Really one of the best museum about Sami's culture. If you pass by, it's a must to visit it. And the film projected in the cinema room is very well made, with some special effects :-)

Nice museum, open all year round. 80 SEK, includes a movie about Arjeplog. The museum is not only about silver, there is also a lot of history about Sami and the region.

Very interesting and worth a visit if you have the time to stop by. Nice shop where you can by a present, coffee/fika or fishing permit. They were even playing a picture slideshow about the life there.

Interesting exhibitons and presentations about the life and the history of the people of Lappland. I visited it a few years ago but I'm sure that it is still great.

The silver museum is a very interesting way to spend a few hours should you find yourself in Arjeplog. I visit every year for business purposes and like to make the time to have a good look around the museum each time.

The museum is ok, basically a collection of Samii equipments of the last 100 years. The movie is an advertisement to visit the area, quite stupid as you are already there. But the personell is very helpful and explains everything with passion, they are very...More
