Drove an hour to get there after calling rock point to confirm our dogs were welcome on beach. When we arrived we are told welcome meant on a 6 foot maximum leash. Haven't met a water dog yet that enjoys being leashed on a beach....More

This park is an awesome place to camp or just for a day visit. Lots of ducks and geese fly over the park during their migration.

This seems to be a well run Provincial Park with a surprising number of campsites. Apparently some of the beach crowd has been unruly and that has coloured people's perceptions of the park. I didn't camp, but I found the beach walk very pretty. The...More

Took a day trip to the other side of Lake Erie. Did my research and some map looking & ended up here. Found the beach suitable for us. Water was fantastic and sandy once over knee deep. Wish we would have brought a picnic, nice...More

Enjoyed the scenery and water. Could have been more picnic tables and more situated under trees. All dogs must be on a leash even if they are well behaved.
