This is a old temple of Chola Kingdom. Durga is the main deity here but shiva temple is also there. Huge complex and Nandi statue is little sideways.

The Durga here is majestic and very powerful. Centrally located in the ancient headquarters of Cholas. This temple also has separate shrine for Shiva named Dhenupureeswarar.

One of the most beautiful temple that we've visited in tour. Very much hassle free. Peaceful and quiet. I strongly suggest to those who wanna pray without hassle and crowd.
