Primosten is accessed by a short bridge from the Croatian mainland and it is a short walk past shops and old housing to the top of the town where the church, first built in 1483 is sited overlooking the sea. The cemetery on the cliff...More

We took a ferry from Krka over to Scradin just for a look round. Whilst there we visited the Nativitus Virgin Maria church. It didn't take long to go round as this church is small but I think it's worth visiting if only to look...More

Primosten is beautiful. It's the kind of place you want to come back to. The locals are friendly and there is so much history within the walls of the old town

Well worth the short walk from the town to the viewpoint at the top. The church and the grounds are well kept, and the views are excellent. The tombstones are worth giving a look.

Take a tour on Primosten, walk on the top of the hill to discover a wonderful view of the sea. Walk around the church and observe the cemetery and traditional tombstone.

Really worth to climbe on. Great view, especially during sunset. Unfortunately, despite few visits, it was never open.

A short walk up the hill - just keep going up and you will get there. Cemetry is well kept and peaceful. However, the church was closed despite being there during 'opening hours'.

A beautiful, old town, situated on a mountainous peninsula in northern Dalmatia, a pearl among the neighboring towns. Attractions for everyone - beaches, bathing beaches with water attractions, great restaurants, a lot of souvenir shops - beautiful coral ornaments. You can get here by car...More

You really could feel calmness when you walk on cemetery around the church. You have beautiful view on city and sea, the church made from white stone... It's worth to climb to the top of the hill on 35C air temperature :-)
