I did there yoga teacher training course 200 h. It’s been super intense and above my expectations. I learnt in 1 month more than years practicing. Bhoomaji and the rest of teachers are super experts in their subjects and know perfectly how to teach for your understanding and the rest of the staff are simply magic. I would repeat the experience without any kind of doubts. Thanks for everything!!!!

I took my 200hr Yoga teacher training with Bhoomaji in 2013 and have been coming back once or twice a year since then. This experience is healing, uplifting and transformational on so many levels. Expert teaching delivered with care, stunning nature, food served with love and generosity, comfortable eco built accommodation- India itself.
Every time I come home after being here I feel happier, healthy, nourished and more deeply connected.
I can’t recommend it enough.

A fantastic experience, one that is life changing. All taught in a kind and supportive environment. I experienced every emotion possible while I was studying there: laughter, trepidation, contentment, elation, even sadness (saying goodbye to friends and the country at the end of the course).

It really has changed my perspective on life, I'm more philosophical and don't sweat the small stuff. I highly recommend this Yoga School

The courses are designed in a way, that they result in permanent shifts in one’s life. They require a lot of discipline and commitment.
The intense combination of asanas, kriyas and pranayama serves as a very powerful tool in accelerating the progress one makes both physically and spiritually. The teachers are extremely authentic and have tremendous skills and knowledge to impart.
I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to learn yoga the traditional way and experience the wholeness aspect of the practice.

I am so privileged and thankful for the opportunity to study 300 Hrs AYTTC with Bhoomaji in Kerala. He has a vast knowledge of traditional classical Hatha Yoga. Bhoomaji is a Yoga Guru with ample experience, has become alive and real by his disciplined and intensive daily self-practice of Hatha Yoga and meditation .
He is simple and an amazing yoga teacher I have come across. He is also the best example as human being and his incredible energy kept me going throughout the course and beyond.
The course was interesting and well disciplined. It was not too hard or strict like the traditional orthodox Yoga Ashram, at the same time the course was not too loose.
It's life changing yoga experience to have him as my teacher. I would highly recommend students from India & abroad specially Europe to study yoga with Bhoomaji, if someone looking for the Traditional Hatha yoga with core values.

I spent 2 months to have TTC200 and ATTC500.
I've got so many special experiences in these courses, many kind of breathing exercises and cleansing techniques, philosophy class by Swami, Having silence(no talking) day, OM chanting in the full moon night etc.....
In TTC200, we had Ayurveda class too.

Asana teacher was perfect. He is always calm and flat.
Philosophy class was very much detailed and impressive.
You can lean "what is true YOGA".

All teachers are nice:)
Food is very good.

The greatest thing that I experienced Yogic life.

I completed 300hrs course in November, 2016. This was something that I would never experience in my country, Japan. I would highly recommend those who want to learn traditional way of HATHA yoga including advance asana, cleansing technic(called KRIYA), the detailed Vadic philosophy etc.
Some challenging things were a bit scared to try at first time but because of great teacher Bhoomaji guided us very accurate way to make it through. He seems always calm and warm. And I also loved the philosophy class which made us understand step by step, I like the way of teaching and it helped me to deepen my knowledge. After I completed I felt that I could expand my possibility which brings me confidence.

The course was structured with great teachers, friendly staff and motivated students. (The place I completed was at Jaiva Campus where near by Cochin airport, And the food they served there was just sooooo great! Not so spicy and a lot of variation food we could enjoy. I really loved it) I was really glad that I was part of the group. I appreciated for all who made it happen. I will keep learning and sharing that I've learn!

With appreciation,

Kazumi from Japan

Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham was everything I could have hoped for and more. Right from the beginning of my visit, all went smoothly. I was picked up at 3:00 am from the airport by a cab driver and Soni, a young man who was a representative from the course. I arrived to my room at the ashram, which was very basic, but had all that I needed. There was a central water filter for unlimited water and the food was very good and plentiful. Over the next few days, we were slowly integrated into the full daily schedule, which becomes quite a long day. We were given an authentic teaching of the asanas, philosophy, ayurvedic medicine and anatomy. Boumaji slowly built up our strength and stamina in the asanas, continuing to add more to our knowledge and technique as the weeks went by. He had such a cleaver and subtle sense of humour, it was very enjoyable to be taught by him. Parames was so kind and supportive in our asana classes, helping us to grow a little every day. Yogeshji was our philosophy teacher. He was an absolute delight! He made the Vedic philosophy and Yoga Sutra classes so engaging and thoughtful. He shared such entertaining and relatable stories to bring the information to life. His passion for the content was very evident and I so value all that I learned from him. Dr. Benoy was clearly very knowledgeable in the areas of Ayurveda and anatomy. I just can’t say enough about how all of the staff were very supportive and friendly.

The Panmana Ashram added such an authentic experience to an already amazing course.…from the villagers worshiping at the temple to hearing chanting all around us before sunrise. We were always careful to respect the traditions of the area, keeping our shoes off in the Ashram, having our shoulders and knees covered while in the common areas (as women) and everyone eating in silence. Sure the wifi and power went out once in a while, it took some time to understand the accents, it was hot, hot, hot and there were bugs. Did those things ruin my experience? Absolutely not! I was in an Ashram in India, learning the many facets of yoga by those who have dedicated their lives to these studies. What a phenomenal experience!

For extra comfort, I recommend you bring your own pillow. I was so grateful that I did. I also got my own room, and for me, that was a wise decision. I valued my personal down time, in my own space. Oh, and don’t forget bug spray and clothes soap. We did have opportunities to take a Tuk Tuk into town to pick up the items we needed, however, only on Saturday’s. To avoid any stress, bring everything you think you’ll need.

I am so grateful for my experience at this place, with these people. I highly recommend it to others!

In gratitude, Linda

I did a lot of research on different Teacher Training Courses in India, but there was something that just felt right when I landed on Aarsha Yoga's website. I'm glad I followed my intuition because it was an amazing experience!

I completed Bhoomaji's 200-hr TTC in Dec 2015 and I learned so much about myself, yoga (and have been a practitioner - on and off- for a few years) and my body. It was a challenging course with nearly every day being a full schedule from 5:30am-9pm, including 5 hours yoga/day. However, once it was over I have missed those days since! I also think that kind of schedule offers the opportunity for some emotions and/or physical "issues" to come up, and what better way than to learn how yoga may teach us how to work with and through that.

I highly recommend this course with Bhoomaji who has a great team behind him that is knowledgeable, offers a positive presence, warmth and a healthy dose of humor. Swami Yogesh who teaches philosophy also guides and encourages an inquiry within to explore your own deep journey of Truth. One of my favorite moments was listening to and singing bhajans with Swami Yogesh. Jai! Jai!

Although I stayed in the dorm room that was shared by 5 other women with 1 bathroom...for 1 month, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. We became a family within our big yoga Aarsha Yoga family. I will forever love those ladies! It's a testament to the kind of people Bhoomaji draws to his trainings and the yogic journey he takes you on that expands the heart -- as ONE.

I totally recommend the institute, Kerala, Panmana Ashram, and everything else, but most of all the trainer. Bhooma Ji is a real yogi who guided me in to the yoga theory, practicing and philosophy. So even if I had to search in India to find a place to do my 200hrs for more than two months in many different states, ashrams and teachers, after I went to Panmana Ashram and I met Bhooma Ji,there was no doubt about my participation there!! I have done the 200hrs and the 300hrs YTTC there, and I can say that it was not just a training in yoga, but a life experience for me. Thank you Aarsha Yoga Vidya Peetham.
