Nice ruin but not much to see and little information, also most of the ruin is fenced off. Looks good lit up at night but you won't miss much if you don't visit here.

I was fascinated by this place. You can feel the history of it and the Graves surrounding it. Great spot for pictures and to have a coffee and a lunch in hand.

Set behind the High Street in the village of Fortrose the cathedral is an OK place to visit but not worth going out of your way for. Best part is it is free!

Very cool ruin's. Worth a visit themselves but if you can also time your visit with the St Boniface fair then its doubly worth a visit! A lovely little village to visit too.

What a great ruin of a 13th century building looks to be well looked after and the people who live there extremely friendly

This would be a great place for a picnic. The ruins are interesting, though the interior of the cathedral has been fenced off to protect the monuments within. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

The ruined cathedral is worth stopping at if you are passing and have time. It has good display boards explaining what you are seeing and just the right amount of information for a casual visitor.
