Very neat bridge, good experience and hospitality
Great marvel of a 400m suspension bridge and worth a visit if you have the time. There are shops and places to eat as well. The attendees were very courteous and offered complimentary ponchos in case it was to rain. Entry fee was 1,000 yen per adult at time of visit. Two hours fun when the sky is bright
On the beautiful sunny day it’s a spectacular trip cause view is gorgeous with as highlight mountains Fuji. Transportation by car is ok, plenty parking but taxi is hard to find. Bridge is fun to walk on and not scary. Beside bridge people seem to enjoy other ways to go down.

    Great views
We visited here on a day when we were hoping the clouds would clear so we could see Fuji-san. It wasn't meant to be. Still, it was a great experience and really nice to be in a more rural area. The bridge offers fantastic views, and on the day we were there, there were stalls selling local fruit and veg, jams, etc. Great prices and choice!

Engineering Marvel to see Mt Fuji
Fantastic views of Mt Fuji. The skywalk bridge itself is an engineering marvel and worth seeing if you are into structures. It has won awards for its design and integration into the mountainous area. It was funded by a private firm recognizing the opportunity to improve tourism in the town of Mishima. The bridge opened in 2015 so it in fact does have a toursity vibe but the views of Mt Fuji are spectacular. There is zip lining which looked very fun. One can watch the zip liners from the bridge which was entertaining. We went to the top observation deck once across the bridge where people had brought their own picnics to enjoy the beauty and views. We ate at Tree Tree Tree restaurant which was very nice. You can order a basket (drink/ fries and sandwich or hot dog) and it is served in a traditional basket that you can then go and have your own 'Picnic" at the upper observation deck. Upon entry, you get a 50 yen coupon to use toward soft serve ice cream. It was the best ice cream I had in Japan. The bus ride from the Mishima rail station takes about 40 minutes. We actually missed our bullet train back to Tokyo and had to wait another 30 minutes so plan extra time. It is well worth the stop off the bullet train at Mishima and an easy way to see Mt Fuji.

Stunning views. There are fun activities at the area such as forest adventure. The best was the zip lining alongside Mishima Skywalk. Best to go in the morning as there are activities at that area which I didn’t have enough time for.

This was so-so. It seemed to me a bit of a money grabbing exercise for the owners. There was indeed an excellent view of Mount Fuji from the skywalk (1100 Y to cross for 400 m). However, when you got to the other side, all the attractions cost money. There were no real walks or things you can do without spending more money!

It was a sunny hot summer day, and the view from the bridge was just gorgeous! Clear blue sky and green forest. We saw Mt.Fuji (during the summer, it does not have the iconic snow cap but it is still spectacular) in the background.
There are activities you can do once you cross the bridge. We did the zip wire. It was super fun! It is not scary as it looks. We could have done many more times if we had time. Make sure to bring proper walking shoes and gloves. (You can hire them if you do not have them.)
Places for food at the entrance (before the bridge) and after crossing the bridge. Super clean toilet by the carpark.
I highly recommend this place!

Definitely a tourist attraction we were there over the weekend and it was very busy, the highlight for us was a clear view of Mount Fuji, rare at this time of year. The bridge is an engineering wonder which in the middle swayed gently, a weird feeling – entrance was 1000 Yen pp – access by bus or car – places to eat, side stalls and clean restrooms (as always in Japan) – fun place to be especially if you like zip lines.

Great spot to view Fujisan.. plenty of amenities and friendly staff.. carpark is free but the thought the admission price to walk across was alittle steep.. there are other activities on site with Ziplines and Segways and SkyGarden.

The skywalk is a 400 metres pedestrian suspension bridge. Walking along the bridge, you admire on the left the fabulous snow-capped Mount Fuji. You begin to understand why the mountain is so much adored by Japanese. On the right, you watch, live, those brave-at-heart gliding through the air hanging on the 300 metre Long Zip Slide. This is not a game for elders like me. But to the young and brave, this is an experience , once tried, that will never be forgotten.
