The cruise ship docked at the end of the promenade and you just walk down the promenade and into the town of Argostoli - nice and clean. There's an interesting bronze bust of an individual, not sure why.

Great place for having a wander,seeing the turtles that come around the harbour around 9-11 o'clock. A couple of supermarkets,several banks,bakeries etc. There is also a quite big fruit and veg market.

Lovely harbour go early in morning when the fishermen are there you might be lucky to see the beautiful sea turtles lots of great coffee shops and bakerys along harbour

Argostoli Harbour is a lovely place to amble around at any time. Numerous harbourside cafes and restaurants, lovely fruit markets and fresh fish being sold from the boats tied alongside in the morning. Look out for the loggerhead turtles surrounding the boats in the morning!...More
