This one is hard to write a review on. They are renovating some of the areas, but even so, coming from the USA it's not what we would expect from a zoo or a park. You get to see a lot of the local jungle...More

Under renovation and not the best environment for the animals, but still interesting. I’m hoping the renovations occur in the animal pens as well.

Spent the morning at Parque Natural with some friends because we wanted to see the night Anaconda. It's located at km.4 on Avenida Centenario. It's always sad to see animals locked up in cages but this was beyond sad. We all noticed lack of common...More

The Parque Natural in Pucallpa is getting better. I always loved the turtles and spider monkeys. Now they have improved their large cat location and it seems like soon they will have the best large cat displays around. The cats used to suffer in small...More

Great introduction to the local nature... the only place where I saw jaguars. The monkeys and birds were so curious and social

We visited this park because it was closer than the Botanical Garden Bio-Kuka and because it was the only chance we got to see a local zoo (apart from La Jungla, which was rather pathetic). It was nice to see a large park with many...More

What a pity, this place is horrible and not maintained correctly. Dirty and poor, I didn't see any guardian to avoid people interacting with animals (giving food, touching, etc), children are catching the hands of the monkeys, the pool of the alligators is full of...More

One would expect that you would find the "piece of jungle" in this park as Pucallpa is in the midts of Amazon ... but no ... it just quite mediocre ZOO with quite poor infrastructure.

It's a zoo in Pucallpa, the infrastructure is not in very good conditions. Some of the animals look sad and there isn't any supervision for the kids. I went in with a group of kids and they were alone, hitting cages, throwing garbage around. That...More

This was an interesting zoo. For Pucallpa, it was pretty good. There were some really interesting cages that were all overgrown with no animals. The worst part was the trashy lake and broken bridge. The trash is easy to clean up, and they should. The...More
