What a wonderful experience, on a nice sunny day, to visit the winery, taste wine, and cheese and enjoy the beautiful setting. Although the place was packed with people, we were welcomed by the very friendly staff who made us very comfortable quickly and glasses...More

Had a delicious wine tasting and goat cheese platter. The place was very very busy, and when we called at 10 am they said that there wouldn’t be tastings unless people show up and we couldn’t reserve. When we came it was full but they...More

We did not want to leave Pelter Winery. Everything here was done to perfection. Warm and welcoming. We sat inside the distillery and enjoyed the food...the cheese is so yummy. And the wine. Pelter has both non-kosher and kosher wines, which is great. And so...More

It’s worth going for the goats cheese plate alone but the wine is great and the staff are really attentive. Good explanations of each wine and able to answer any questions. Don’t worry about booking, you can just turn up and walk in!

Extremely generous wine tasting for FREE! At the BEST winery in Isreal. We stayed around 3 hours and the wine didn't stopped pouring to our glasses. Top recommended!

Absolutely wonderful experience tasting your selection. We love your wine. It was snowing and added to a winter celebration. Thanks, we'll be back.

The wine tasting costs 50 NIS (about $15) and includes a small plate of goat cheeses. The service was atrocious and inattentive, and most of the wines offered for tasting were the lower level Matar kosher wines. We received very little explanation about the wines...More

The atmosphere is relaxed and far from stuffy. Just a bunch of people eating cheese and trying delicious wine. What more could you ask for??
