This is a must visit in Kannur. It is a place to be in its own right. The sunsets are awesome. Good place.

The beach is big and beautiful, but not recommend for swim. Beacause it's quite dangerous if don't know how to swim. No boat available there for hire. This is just a fun spot for local people.

nice place for a walk but not bikini friendly. not your typical sands - very hard and flat, you can even drive your car on the beach!

Nothing fancy about it (no great shops or shacks like you find in Goa or some other beaches) though its clean and you can get into water easily.

Good way to spend few hours. One of the cleaner beaches in Malabar region. Long road parallel to the beach stretches for around 5kms... Family friendly place...
