We landed on dharmadam by chance which was not much on itenary. After checking out few places we were not very happy and then thought of trying dharmadam.. To our surprise place was awesome with no one around. Amazed to see such a clean beach in India.. It is amazing...Try this place in early morning hours and you will get the best out of it. There is an island which is accessible by walk if the tides are not very high. Have a beach walk,meditate, feel serenity and come back after having a cup of tea in one and only local tea shop in the beach😊Happy travelling...

This is a beautiful beach. There was nice environment. We have enjoy nature here with friends and spent two hour. Really good place.

Dharmadam Beach is a ncie good beach. Though i feel much more needs to be done in its maintenance and well being.

Lot of infrastructure is made there. But not used fully and maintenance is poor. The entry to the beach from the poperty is really not maintained and full of garbage and waste dumbed in the beach front. The estuary and the scenary around is really worth watching.

Commonly known as "Dharmadam Thuruth", a very good place for outing with family.very calm area, almost 1km away from Dharmadom bus stop

It is in Thalassery taluk of Kannur District in Kerala. Dharmadom river joins sea here. The beach is clean. It being monsoon most part was covered under water. There is a tiny island near the beach. It cannot be reached I monsoon. In other seasons depending on the tide one may reach the island. Permission is required from atourism authorities.

Dharmadam Beach or island is a non populated island near kannur .clean and tidy beach with thick vegetation on the banks .

One the of the best beach we had enjoyed. The beach is safe and excellent to be worth family. The green cover around the beach makes it an attractive location for film shoots and post wedding photography/vedieography. Shooting for a Kannada movie was in progress when we had visited this place.

Best for Hang out with friends.Just around 30 km away from Kannur and 7-13 km from Thalassery town.Best thing to visit in Kannur
