This cinema has a lovely oldie worldy feel to it. The fact that it is tucked away down a little alley with wooden doors that open up to stairs added to the atmosphere of our visit. However this is an up to date cinema showing...More

Easy to book online, small and cosy, and it's the only cinema I know where you can drink a beer out of a glass while watching a film.

We have not been in a cinema like this for many years. After thinking someone was taking the micky when saying there was only 12 seats in one of the screenings we decided not to book but just turn up. When arriving at our hotel...More

I love this cinema. It's quirky, comfy & shows all the latest films. Friendly staff & reasonable prices. My cinema of choice as opposed to modern multiplex with no character.

Sadly, the palace cinema does not offer wheelchair access - it's a very old 1920's art deco building, very narrow corridors and lots of steps on several levels. Sorry that I couldn't be more positive. :(
