VIsited whilst cycle touring in the area. Had a delicious ice cream from the kiosk on one visit, and had coffee from the first floor cafe on another. Beautiful views across the bay. Worth a visit.

A lovely location to visit, appreciate the scenery, especially as the tide comes in. Nice ice cream and a great walk along the front, small little beech if you fancy a little paddle.

The building is rather an odd design. Nice cafe on the 1st floor and an information desk, toilets and shop on ground floor, other than that it is under-utilised. I don't know what there could be but the council should examine the economics of it.

Views are fabulous when the tide is in. Are clean and tidy with seating for resting and appreciating the area

This place is so well placed on the coastal path, it could easily raise a revenue and be profitable offering romantic suppers, but as a council run venue over the years it’s closing time at 5pm is a crying shame.

Nothing out of this world but if you like a stroll or a bike ride then it'll be good for you. Views are of the sea - in the distance

Poorly designed building, in need of redecoration. Cold and uninviting entrance and a relatively expensive cafe given what it provides. Very little to 'discover' other than bog-standard leaflets that you can find anywhere. So much untapped potential given its great location. Many locals just tend...More

We went into the center to use the facilities and to use the café. The food here was good but a little expensive for what it is. The staff in the Discovery Centre itself were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Yes it is suitable for a buggy, it has a lift up to the cafe area, and the staff will gladly warm up the feed for you.
