I have been here for the second time with my family and we enjoyed all day. In particular, we love the external pools and the emotional baths. Food is good but too crowdy during lunch time.

I felt awkward the whole time, but the facilities are nice and clean. Limited English is spoken. A variety of thermal features, I tried most. Water not super hot, just warm, except in the water jet area.

This was the best spa experience I've had. In fact, I ended up going there twice in back to back days, 4 hours each day. There's simply too much to explore and ways to relax. Generous, healthy buffet too.

We built a trip round going here (from the UK), but there were queues everywhere, people barging their way to the last teeny bit of space and just a load of noise. All the smaller pools were full of canoodling teenagers or older women who...More

This is definitely a must. You soak in warm thermal bubbly water while gazing at the southern face of the Monte Bianco (Mont Blanc) massif. It can be very crowded, so go early and stay all day. Food must be improved. They could offer plenty...More

Hi Nikki, as far as I know the shuttle picks up people from all hotels. But it'd best if you send the Terme staff an enquiry via email. Also try asking your hotel reception. As I live there I go by car, never taken the... More
