Excellent crystal clear waters, however they are very cold and this is an extremely touristic place for anything beyond swimming.

Paleokastrisa beach is a beautiful beach, but not in high season. To many people and no shade. I think its on its most beautiful in may, June and september.

You can have a few showers in September but my advice is to hire a car as you can chase the weather on corfu, Still hot in September though
