Family run out-door cinema which has been going for many years. Shows the latest films in English with Greek subtitles. Orestes is very welcoming & delighted to see his customers; his mother makes the best Loukoumades (honey donuts) which are included in the ticket price....More
We were told about Cinerex by our rep - and it was fantastic. When we went they were showing Mamma Mia 2 - so really special to see it in a wonderful outdoor cinema on a greek island.
Not really knowing how busy it was,...More

The films are screened in a beautiful garden with lots of fragrant plants (holy basil amongst others). We went to see Sofia Coppola's 'The Beguiled' and there was almost a full house, and mixed between locals and tourists, which made for a lovely atmosphere.

No need to book - I actually don't think you can. I think the film usually "starts" at 8.30 but being Greece this usually means the film doesn't actually start rolling until about 9ish. I would arrive at 8.30 to allow time to get drinks and order any food for the interval. Not sure about the film at the moment. Sometimes flyers are left on windscreens in the car park at pythagorio or if you wanted you could drive past as there are posters outside showing what is currently on.
