I really wanted to like this place. Reception required Us to purchase tickets for both attractions Mundo Gelado and Captain Jacks. It was 67 reis for me and my 7 year old. It lasted less than 10 minutes. Then we got ice cream for 8 reis a scoop. Bummed it was such a rip off.

I just love the cold, the feeling of it. And because its very cold, even thought they give you clothes for it, you can not stay too long. thats sad

Interesting experience for children. If you are around, it is worth to pay a visit but don't expect too much. If you are driving and using GPS, you may get lost as I did. The correct coordinates for the place is -29.33321, -50.85035.

The attraction, if I'm not mistaken, includes both this area full of ice sculptures and a section full of military items, explaining about the Second World War, naval items, etc. The ice session is TINY, you go in thinking it's more of an entrance part, when you see it's over. The naval items part is interesting, but I don't think the value of the whole thing is worth the price, it's a "tourist trap"

The beginning of the visit was a little scary with the need to wear coats, boots, gloves, hats, etc. I thought there should be more reserved for exchanges. The men were crowded together in a cramped bathroom with no resources for changing. The visit to the place, however, is worth it, it is fantastic, a unique experience, especially for young people. Big news here in Brazil. Worth it. I suggest taking care to check the bill at the restaurant before paying the expense. It cost.

What a depressing place! I think the only tourists who attend are unsuspecting people who go on tour combos.

Even the cheapest ticket that includes the tour next door is expensive if you pay for it.

The visiting clothes are filthy, the sculptures are dull and the space is limited… The snack bar has the worst food I've ever seen!
The truth is that you barely see it in public!

Wow, a real synonym for throwing money away in Gramado! Bad experience!

- The place had a dirty air.
- The cold chamber does not appear to have the
climate they promise, I felt myself entering
in a refrigerator.
- The clothes are not enough for you
protect there, I didn't go with children but
I would never take a child inside
that place.
- After leaving the cold place, you
go to a room with miniatures of
war and ships, which have no connection
one thing with another, marketing is done in
above the cold part but most of it is
regarding war.
- Basically half the tour is trying
induce you to spend more money.
- To make matters worse, the place is far away, you end up
wasting your time going.
- Entrance is extremely expensive for the
who offers, leaves there sad.
- If you still want, I recommend going
on the last day of the trip so as not to take
a thermal shock and still get sick.

It looks big but it's not, it's very small, there are only a few ice sculptures. There is no drinking during the day. It's interesting to feel the intense cold. You need to dress warmly, I recommend using your own gloves, the ones there don't get hot.

Visit with the family without children or teenagers. Temperature at -25°. Appropriate clothing provided before the tour. I have never seen my 85 year old mother so happy!!! I sat on the ice chair, lay down on the bed, hugged the bear... It was really cool!!! I would like to record here my congratulations to the young man who led us (I think Gabriel or Rafael). Brigaduuu boy!!!
