Trung Trang cave was nicer. Hospital Cave is a concrete structure built inside a cave... Trung Trang is all natural.... See both..

Cave hospital isn't a thing you drive from the way for. It is tiny and you've paying to going inside, but in case your on a tour or just riding all around the island its a great opportunity to take just a little rest and...More

The Cave was utilized as sort of a bunker clinic during the battle. You go there by motorcycle. Inside it is an enormous bunker with concrete cells, on just one aspect you are able to head out and remain on some sort of cliff with...More

Such a shame this amazing place doesn’t have any information boards, as I imagine it has a fascinating history. We wondered round blind making assumptions about the different rooms. A pity.

It's not big, but a really interesting way to kill an hour. The interior of the island is almost as pretty as the bay, and taking a bike taxi to get to the cave was possibly the most fun I had on Cat Ba!
