This is nice place to visit if you have interest in Vietnamese history. Rooms are mostly empty but there was a guide and he commented and descriped the history.

It is incredible what individuals are able to do if you think about these caves housed an entire public during periods of conflict. Incredible what was produced by human ingenuity and need. So pleased Vietnam has experienced fifty years of being it is own nation.

40k per person is a bargain for this interesting adventure through the wartime hospital. The staff are very friendly.

The hospital cave is interested enough to visit, we did however not get a guide as was promised by the people who sold the entry tickets. A guide would have benen useful to explain what all the rooms were used for. Nonetheless it was worthwhile.
