A nice addition to Thrissur's attractions, this mall opened inside the Sinha complex with 3 huge apartment buildings and series of villas together with private homes n mansions.
Opened in 2016 December, this mall was awarded best upcoming mall in 2017.
With more than active participation from MNC and brands, the mall boasts of many popular companies. Also housing INOX in this mall with more than half a dozen screens.

Buy cards with Rs 300 or more recharge. Children really enjoyed the rides and games. Offers and gifts for winners of computer and other games.

This mall is a landmark to Thrissur city and it is a pity that the company managing the mall has not.taken any steps to project this mall as such. A lot of people yet don't know about this mall been operational since December 2015.
There was a boom in visitors from opening day till such date when parking was made chargeable at the rate of Rs. 20 for the 1st hour and Rs.10 per additional hour.... but this parking fee is not refundable in any manner. The inmates of Sobha city have thus stopped coming to the mall as frequently as they did before.
There is no Hypermarket for any daily shopping only clothes clothes and more clothes ranging from inner wear to outermost wear. Jokes apart, but the people who have paid an enormous amount upto 1 crore rupees for a flat in the Sobha city still have to go out to buy vegetables or even a packet of milk for that matter.
INOX theatres running movies with tickets priced like airplane companies. Going up on holidays and weekends and coming down to regular pricing on weekdays. Still expensive than the theatres in the city.
Being located about one kilometre from the highway, traffic approaching the main gate too has become a headache now. With no approach roads leading into the Sobhacity or coming out from the Sobhacity has made the traffic snarls unbearable. Steps should have been taken a couple of years ago while it was being constructed to avoid present traffic problems. Blame goes equally to the builders and the traffic police officials who turned a blind eye to this matter in the initial stages itself.
Overall. Good. But could have been better. Much better.

Nowadays I avoid Sobha city mall due to traffic. Also you end up with paying 50% of your ticket extra as parking fee. Just avoid Inox and opt for some other theatres. You save money as well as time.

This is the only mall cum residential complex in thrissur town. The residential complex hosts prominent business man and professionals of kerala. The mall have all topical faculties like multiplex, food court, super market, indoor sports and shops of major brands. An artificial lake outside the mall is major attraction where people hang around.

We had a lovely family outing at the Sobha city mall. It is indeed a beautiful mall, very well maintained, very clean and they've outlets like Metro shoes, crossword, lifestyle etc. They've a baby care room for babies which was such a blessing as I've a 6 month old baby. Their food court is excellent. The seating arrangement is very good, and they've joints like Mc Donald's, subway, baskin robbins, dominos pizza, kappa joint to name a few. I would recommend everyone to go there Atleast one time because it's a beautiful mall. Also it has a fun unlimited video game parlor for kids and my 9 year son enjoyed it a lot. Also they've Uber taxis available in trissur now which has made our travel a lot easier compared to the other taxis who would literally fleece the customers. So all in all we had a fabulous outing. Kudos to Sobha 👍😍

Located in pose locality of Thrissur City. This mall is good for a small hangout place, have good food in the food court and relax for sometime.

This place has a horrible parking facility. After a movie from Inox it took more than an hour to get the car out. They charge more for delay from there. Bad thing is that there are no autorickshaws here either. The place is well off from the main road...

Since my train from Thrissur had 4 hours gap , thought of quickly going for a movie...searched and found Sobha City mall. Checked at station and some shop keeper told it should be between 3-4 kms ...but it is at punkunnam...around 9kms from city ... I paid auto 120 Rs ...they charge 40 Rs extra as it is outside town limit ....
However after you enter mall it has been nice constructed..all famous brands are there ...got some dress from Mark's and Spencer's and shoes from Life style ..
While returning understood there is no auto stand three and security told me to walk upto.main road which is around a kilometer...luckily there was another visitor like me who was making an entry paying 120 Rs..So got that auto to take me back ...
Had to take two strong tea ..
Now back to station
Pros - if u have vehicle and spend time in thrissur ..please do include ..
Theatres are good and many shows are played ...
Most big brands are available
Neat and clean ..
There is an apartment complex by Sobha builders in the same complex ..so combine with that visit if u have someone there ..
CONS -. Far ...I think far might be i incorrect word..I would say better connectivity for people to.come and go ...
No publicity in the theatre and bus stand to attract the crowd

Can I bring a camera inside the cinema theatre(inox) at shobha city mall thrissur??

Yes, and you will find a lot of youngsters who find this an attraction for spending a few hours in the mall because of this.
