This is located in roan beach resort/opol.you need a banca to arrive in that place.you can rent the banca For less than 500 pesos(one trip)it is a good adventure.the white island is not that big compared to camiguin but it is worth it.

It was a very brief visit to the island. I wasn't so keen in visiting this place especially there's an approaching typhoon at that time. But I wouldn't miss this chance to visit the sand bar. It would be best to go in the early...More

I am a certified beach addict and this beach is beautiful. Not trying to be poetic but you can actually see two personality of the sea. One side is calm and shallow and the other side is raging and gets deep after a few steps....More

It's a sand bar, not an island. Will definitely come back here. The white sand is soft and water is crystal clear. We're lucky that during our visit the sky is cloudy so it's not that hot. Vitamin sea at it's best! ☺

It's not an island, it's a sandbar. You can almost swim to it, but instead you are charged 500 pesos for a 2 minute banka ride by the local collective. Most places you can go island hopping for a couple hours for 500 pesos. AND...More

Took a sunrise boat ride to what Camiguin refers to as the White Island. It was a long sandbar the middle portion of which disappears during high tide. The sand is white and fine and the beach around is shallow, good enough for wading and...More

Yes, via pump boat. Nice place to see sunrise or sunset, otherwise just a sandbar. Watch for the currents if you swim there.
