My husband and I went to Venice in April and had a wonderful time visiting this glass factory! The private boat ride over was awesome and immediately stepping off the boat, we were warmly welcomed by their staff. The tour of the factory was great....More

I thought the "free" ride from the hotel to here was thoughtful, until I realized it was one way and only because they think they have you captive in their secluded shop. Everyone is exceptionally friendly until they realize you aren't buying their expensive glassworks....More

Dear Visitor, I am surprised to read comments like yours in 2017, Internet and socials era. Secluded? Held captive? Friendly until we realize you are not buying? Not a word about the beautiful view of our factory facing a breathtaking corner of the northern lagoon,...More

I didn't check TripAdvisor before visiting this shop. We made it there on our own; I wasn't aware of the free private boat ride mentioned in other reviews. The reason why we visited B.F. Signoretti was because I wanted to purchase a copy of the...More

Dear Customer, I am glad to hear that you have been not influenced by other travelers' reviews on Tripadvisor.com, as most of them are not objective at all. I believe that if I am on holiday, wake up with a terrible head ache or the...More

If you read Tigowner’s review – know that she is 100% accurate. Our Hotel Ala provided a 'free' taxi to Murano, and told us that the taxi comes every 15 minutes between 9:00am to 3:00pm. This offering allowed us to see glassblowing demonstrations, we would...More

First of all, there is no need for me to apologize and my reply to your obvioulsy subjective opinion is as important as your comment above. Second, we are not used to ignore anyone, each visitor is important to us and a gentle explanation on...More

My husband and I visited Signoretti and had Emmanuel as our guide/sales associate. For those who gave this location terrible reviews, I would like to say, this was a trip to a Murano glass FACTORY, not a Murano Island TOUR...there is a difference. If you...More

We fell for the water taxi ride our hotel organised as a gift, we arrived at Murano where we were lead into the glass factory that looked like it no longer produced, we watched a demonstration of glass being blown into a delicate horse by...More

Dear Visitor, I honestly do not understand the purpose of reviews like yours. Is it simply discrediting a public company that is working hard to keep a good image? How come you didn't contact us when your bracelets got damaged giving us the chance to...More

Hotel Royal San Marco organised a tour to the B.F Signoretti glass makers. Well worth the short water taxi ride across to Murano. Got to see the glass blowers in action which was fascinating, they are true artists. Then a wander through the product showrooms,...More

Hi there, I was wondering if this is the same factory as Venice Change Point S.R.L. located at #48 Calle San Cipriano, Murano? Where your purchase has a card with Certificato di Garanzia Signoretti? Thank you. Eunice
