The factory will provide you with free taxi ride from the hotel or from san.marco to the factory in murano but the way back you have to pay for it either for the taxi or you can use the public transportation boat from the town...More

We do not offer free trip with taxi I think visitors did not visit our company Could you check if they visited Vetreria Artistica Colleoni or another vetreria artistica? We are close to murano faro boat stop Kind Regards Ludovico

We paid 15 Euros at one of the factory and that gives 15 Euros credit to buy anything at store. That place was pretty nice and we were lucky no one else was there at the time of show. So it was a kind of private show for us... More
