The 5th station certainly has some alpine flair, and in summer seems to be packed with tourists all the time. Don't expect postcard views of Mt Fuji. You are right up close and if the clouds choose to give you a glimpse you will mostly...More

Mt Fuji is one of the great place to visit. During summer, you can rarely see Mt Fuji due to fog. But it is a great experience to visit, see up close Mt. Fuji and check off your to do list.

One of the scenic train stations unlike in bustling Tokyo. We walked from Fuji-Q Highland passing by a Citizen Watch Factory. We boarded a train going to Kawaguchiko and there we waited for buses going to Fuji Shibazakura Festival.
